Shipping policy

At Printworx, many of our products are made to order with care in the UK. Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be made and prepared for dispatch.

Processing Time

Orders are normally produced and dispatched within 1–3 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from the delivery time shown at checkout.

UK Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping service selected at checkout.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where available.

International Delivery

Where international delivery is available, estimated delivery times and shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Made-to-Order Products

As many Printworx products are individually made to order, occasional delays can occur during particularly busy periods. If we expect your order to take longer than 3 working days to produce, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Multiple Items

If your order contains several made-to-order products, we will normally dispatch the complete order together once all items are ready.

Delivery Delays

Once an order has been handed to the delivery provider, delays caused by the carrier are outside our direct control. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll help investigate.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or been dispatched.
